1. What CommFi Is
CommFi is a software platform that provides digital tools, microsites, workflow automation, and marketing infrastructure for small businesses, equipment sellers, and real estate professionals. CommFi does not make, broker, arrange, originate, or service loans or credit products of any kind. CommFi is not a lender, mortgage broker, equipment finance broker, or agent of any lender. Any financing arrangements made through third-party services are solely between the user and the applicable third party. CommFi is not a party to any lending relationship.
2. Our Tools
CommFi provides the following software services: • Digital microsite creation and hosting tools • Workflow automation software • Lead management and CRM tools • Marketing and outreach automation software • Business intelligence dashboards • Third-party service integrations chosen and controlled by the user
3. Third-Party Services
CommFi may provide technical integrations or links to third-party financial service providers as a convenience to users. These integrations are technical connections only. CommFi does not endorse, guarantee, or participate in any transaction, credit decision, or financial product offered by third parties. Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion.
4. Referral Program
CommFi may offer incentives for referring other businesses to use the CommFi software platform. This is a business-to-business software referral program only. CommFi does not buy, sell, broker, or facilitate consumer leads, loan leads, or credit applications. Users may not use CommFi tools to generate, sell, or transmit consumer loan leads to any party.
5. SMS & Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages from CommFi related to your use of the CommFi software platform, including microsite activity notifications, inquiry alerts, and platform updates. CommFi does not send loan solicitations, credit offers, or financial product marketing via SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
6. No Financial Advice
CommFi does not provide financial, legal, credit, or investment advice. Nothing on the CommFi platform constitutes a loan offer, credit decision, or financial recommendation. Any tools that display estimates or calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as financial guidance. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on commficap.com are owned by CommFi Capital and Mark Colwell. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CommFi is not liable for any decisions made by third-party service providers, any outcomes arising from use of third-party integrations, or any damages arising from your use of our software platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
